An exciting opportunity to join our clients Real Estate Division. This role will require strong technical underwriting knowledge of the London Market Real Estate business, as you will be responsible for underwriting key accounts, driving intelligent new business growth and acting as an authority holder within the business. 

Job Requirements - 

 Outstanding technical underwriting skills in London market real estate
 Excellent trading skills and a confident negotiator. Proven experience in handling
large cases
 A strong ability to build, develop and maintain broker relationships
 Achievement orientated, able to organise own workload to meet tight deadlines and
with a positive attitude
 A good team player. Supportive to others with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
 Confident and engaging communication skills with the ability to challenge and
influence others
 ACII qualified or progression towards

Key responsibilities:

 Building strong relationships with brokers, negotiating effectively, and providing
excellent customer service at all times
 Working as part of a close-knit team to offer renewal terms before deadlines, along
with mid-term adjustments, survey preparation, and other types of policy transaction
as needed
 Thorough checking and issuing of documents to clients
 Learning about different areas of the business from industry-leading Underwriters
 Support the wider teams by being proactive, enthusiastic and by challenging yourself
to go out of your comfort zone.
 Provide suggestions to continuously improve the business in an ever-changing
environment
