Job Description: 

This is a great role for someone interested in joining our clients Commercial Schemes Team and has Property, Liability or Motor underwriting experience. Agriculture, Estates & Care experience is also advantageous but not essential for the role.
As a result of growth and operational change within UK Commercial Schemes, our clients have two Lead Scheme Underwriter vacancies within their team.
A bit about the job:
As a Lead Scheme Underwriter, you will be responsible for the Profit & Loss, Revenue & Broker Relationship's for a panel of Schemes. You will be required to demonstrate an expertise in Scheme Management to meet our clients customer demand, achieve profitable growth whilst maintaining Underwriting integrity every time and ensuring adherence to the Delegated Authority Governance Framework.
This role can be based in either London, Glasgow or Perth but there would be a need to travel to either London or Glasgow at least twice a week. 

Skills and experience we're looking for:
 Property, Liability or Motor underwriting experience (Agriculture, Estates & Care
experience would be desirable but not essential)
 Able to analyse performance at Scheme and Portfolio level and able to Work
collaboratively within a large complex organisation
 High level of technical capability & keen to build up an excellent understanding of the UK
Commercial Schemes Strategy
 Ability to handle complex risks and technical referrals, coaching less experienced,
Scheme Underwriters on finding the right solution and presenting effectively to Brokers
 Have a love of learning grounded in curiosity, open-mindedness, and a drive to make
things better by understanding them more completely
