I have worked with Nicola both as a client insurer and as an individual. Often with an only outline briefing of the role, she would make sure the candidates put forward interview were carefully pre selected and as a consequence they were usually high calibre and always appropriate for the job. In a busy environment where interviewing can be a time consuming process, the amount of time this saved was very much appreciated. On a personal level, following redundancy with one employer for whom I had worked for a number of years, Nicola was able to quickly find me a suitable role with another Company, which I hadn't previously considered, but thoroughly enjoyed.
